If it was Status, Taunt would block it, like Defog. Its a good thing it being offensive Move, especially with the Speed boost.

Got the Reqs, voting Ban. Everything is already said, this Mon has perfect coverage, enormous power and high bulk+recovery. It punishes frail offensive threats and any form of passivity too.

Personally I would vote Ban on any of the radar Mons except Waterpon, which I need to play more and against to have it clear. I would Suspect Manaphy or Gliscor before Blood Moon, but its still a disgusting Mon, so not a wrong target.

It however now has Spikes and Tspikes. Also, it got nerfed by losing Roost, but other Mons lost Toxic and Knock Off, while Gliscor didn't, so it's a great progress enabler.
